We managed to get out of WA and into the NT, avoiding any issues with lockdowns with either state and the impending mandates destroying our freedom to travel.
I took over 1,000 photos and videos, whilst not boring you with that many pics I wanted to share some of my favourite foodie (and a couple of wildflower) pics.

I'm the biggest advocate of the foundations of good health. You have to get these foundations right before you can even attempt to look at any other elements of our health. It's just like building a house, if you don't have the foundations set - then how can you install the floors, walls or even consider putting the kitchen cupboards in! Here is a sneak peek of the foundations, I've attached the PDF document below. Feel free to download this and put it on your wall as a reminder! ![]()
The low down on these highly prized hydration powders offered to one and all in hotter environments, most specifically mine sites!
I've never had much faith in the Sqwincher brand but there is a new kid on the block around these parts, so I've taken on the task to review them and decide which I would recommend (if any of them!). Absolutely they have a time and a place and if used irregularly like everything else, they shouldn't do too much harm. I think it’s about time I share my experience about grief.
How it changes your life. How you have to experience sadness to know true happiness. It's the year that my life spiralled and I ended up in the deepest darkest place. He passed away suddenly, we weren't together - we couldn't make it work, those big issues we couldn't sort. That didn't mean there wasn't that flame, that kept on burning. As I delve further into clinical experience I find what is a common element, especially with women - is the lack of emotional support and self love for their health.
I believe the below to be imperative to wellbeing. A little self love, focusing on time, sleep and phones! Read on... I urge you all to experience your own backyard, we live in such a magical place here in Western Australia and I feel these photos above showcase it on an incredibly small scale!
Contained in the photos are part of a road trip I headed out on. Travelling from Perth through to Badgingarra and then onto the Coalseam Conservation Park was the first section. If you haven't been to this park it's only 4 hours from Perth and a whole world away, with no mobile phone reception it is the perfect place to get away from it all and be immersed in wildflowers and nature. During one the best wildflower seasons in WA I travelled north to Shark Bay, even the drive was a sea of changing colours - carpets of pink, yellow and white as far as the eye could see. Shark Bay is one of the most unique World Heritage Areas in the world, I was so impressed with this place and wondered why so many of my friends have not been here before - I absolutely loved it! Such a diversity - truly where the desert meets the sea. The vibrant red earth settled on a background of turquoise waters is a sight to see. So it's the middle of winter, and who is literally glued to their couch?
I have to put my hand up and say it is pretty hard to get off the couch...BUT I know what makes me feel better and warmer - that is EXERCISE! I am usually quite keen to keep my opinions on this to myself due to some folk I talk to portraying me as crazy for having this view. Social medial brings out the worst in people, it gives the person who is too scared to speak their mind in person an powerful voice to be mean and hurt others feels.
Firstly, I am a natural health practitioner and have researched vaccinations, I'm no expert but I believe I am entitled to have the opinion that I do. I would like to ask you - if you possess such a strong opinion, what research have you done? If you have researched the subject then you are absolutely entitled to have that. If not, then how about look at some of the studies into their safety, consider the backing of the vaccination industry. It's big pharma, they don't care about people's being well, all they have interest in is making money. I have spent the past few months travelling a few countries in south and Central America hoping that eating gluten free would be relatively simple. Below is my account of some of the difficulties, surprises and tips for making the journey as simple as possible.
