After so many years of making it, this really is one of my favourite soups! It's a pumpkin soup with a twist, it's got lots of orange coloured vegetables in it to give you that beta-carotene boost (in other words it's so good for your immune system and of course for your eyes!).
It's so flavoursome I guarantee that you will just love it.

So I found this recipe online when I was looking for interesting ways to use zucchinis. Immediately I couldn't wait to try it! I was totally sceptical that it was going to taste like a vegetable, wouldn't be anything like a regular brownie, or simply wouldn't be rich enough. Boy was I wrong!! This brownie has totally ticked all the boxes, I am absolutely delighted about it. I varied the original recipe and this is how I made it:
Whilst I would say this is not an authentic dahl recipe, it works for me and so many of my clients as it's easy to prepare and incredibly delicious!
Everyone seems to have a bliss ball recipe and some are better than others! This one is a really simply recipe that can be used as a great base, you can add cacao nibs, 85% chocolate, dried berries, chopped nuts, peppermint oil, anything really. I love to add a little maca poweder to mine which is great for hormone health and adrenals.
Once you've given this a go a few times I am sure that you will figure your own style, I generally don't measure when making them for myself! My gorgeous friend Julz gave me the recipe for this one, she told me I would absolutely love it and she is not wrong. It is perfect for anyone with a hankering for some thing rich and sweet whilst being on the nicer side of naughty!
Now I can't quite remember where I got this recipe from, it was from a paleo site on facebook somewhere. It is so easy to make and incredibly delicious!
Now I can't quite take the credit for this recipe and I also don't remember where I got it from but it is brilliant!
Not being a fan of coconut yoghurt this is the best I have come across without dairy - yum! This quiche is super easy, doesn't take long to cook and is fun to prepare. It's another one of those recipes I've nabbed from a nutritionist friend of mine - April @ Red Rock Fitness, thanks April.
This is my absolute favourite pumpkin soup devised by Patrick Holford a well respected nutritionist. It has the most amazing set of flavours and is incredibly rich in beta-carotene and other amazing vitamins and minerals.
Here are the easiest pancakes around - totally gluten and dairy free!
Whisk one egg with one mashed banana and 1/3C desiccated coconut. Pour into a small frying pan and cook each side taking care when you flip it. Top this with fresh berries and a little yoghurt (coconut yoghurt to stay with the dairy free theme) and serve. |
