Everyone seems to have a bliss ball recipe and some are better than others! This one is a really simply recipe that can be used as a great base, you can add cacao nibs, 85% chocolate, dried berries, chopped nuts, peppermint oil, anything really. I love to add a little maca poweder to mine which is great for hormone health and adrenals. Once you've given this a go a few times I am sure that you will figure your own style, I generally don't measure when making them for myself! 1 C pitted medijool dates
1C almonds ½ c organic desiccated coconut + more for rolling 1/3 C sunflower seeds 1/3 C pumpkin seeds ¼ C cacao ¼ C linseed ¼ C coconut oil (soft or melted) Pinch of salt Dash of water Blend linseed to a powder, then add everything else to blender and blend until desired consistency. Roll in desiccated coconut, put in fridge and they will gain firmness. You can use this recipe as a base and modify it with other additions. Enjoy!
