Ooooh its Frittata

The easiest most amazing breakfast/snack/lunch/dinner around!  Make in advance and you're set for the whole week!
This is the utmost keeping it simple recipe, you can add whatever you like to it and it will be amazing.
12 free range eggs
1/2 grated zuchinni
1 grated carrot
handful of mushrooms
1 chopped up capsicum
1/2 diced red onion
a little bit of free range bacon chopped up
small pieces of feta if desired
grated cheese on the top if you so wish

Place all ingredients apart from the eggs and grated cheese in a greased oven dish.  Wisk together eggs in a bowl until a little light and fluffy.  Pour mixture over the top of prearranged vegetables, add grated cheese and then bake in the oven on around 180c for about 30 minutes, it should be solid once cooked.
Let it cool then slice the frittata and serve, or have it ready for whenever you need a good quality snack.
