This is a nice basic seeded bar without nuts, so it can be used for school lunchboxes. You can add or omit any of the seeds below to make it specific to your tasting! Ingredients:
200g sunflower seeds 100g flaxseeds 100g pumpkin seeds 150g dried dates 100g rolled oats 1/4 C honey 1 t vanilla powder 2 eggs Method: Mix seeds and chopped dates in a bowl. Blend half of the rolled oats and add the oats to the mixture, add honey and mix. Beat eggs and pour into mixture, combining well. Spread mixture and push down into a slice tin and bake for 20 mins at 180 degrees. Let it cool and slice into squares.
