I absolutely love this recipe, the flavours are absolutely sensational, once you have all of these spices in your cupboard you will be set for this and many other dishes. I highly recommend you try this! 2 cloves garlic crushed
1 inch ginger sliced thinly 1 onion diced 1 packet of organic gluten free sausages (approx 8 whole) Cook the above ingredients together in a pot with coconut oil/butter. Cook for around 7 minutes while stirring. Add: - powders 1 t garam masala 1 t coriander 1 t curry powder (more depending on taste) 1 t turmeric 1 t chilli powder 1 t coriander seeds 6 green cardamom seeds 1 t fennel seeds 1 t cumin seeds ½ t black mustard seeds 1 can tomato puree 1 can coconut cream Cook all the spices and tomato puree for approx. 5 minutes stirring constantly so the spices don’t burn. Add the coconut cream, cook 15 minutes. Take sausages out and slice them into bite size pieces. Cook for another 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
